I made it to New York and met my live-in nun and everything. So far Katie and I have just been taking care of necessities (like putting together her classroom and picking up basics at the store), but I've already had some pretty good subway experiences with the crazies off the street and we've been looking into the awesome - and awesomely free - things to do around the city once we've both recovered from some rather exhaustingness that we've experienced the last several days.
