The ladies of the Preventive department at the agency's Annual Party.  Since Christmas is so busy with parties for clients, the party is usually held in early February, which got pushed back a little more this year.  I'm pretty sure Mardi Gras is a more fun theme for an office party than Christmas anyway.  There was a mask competition, beads on the tables, festive balloons, and lots of food! Plus, a live band for a while playing Puerto Rican music.
